An outdoor bar set and ready for a private summer party in Westchester County, NY

Private event bartending · Westchester & Fairfield County

A real bartender for your party.

I run bars for a living. For private events I build you a menu, batch the cocktails ahead so nobody waits, and work the bar the way it's done in a good room — so you get to be a guest at your own party.

  • 4 yearsrunning the same client's party — they book me back every year
  • 50+ guestshandled solo, with a bar that never has a line
  • 3 cocktailsbatched ahead as standard, so service stays fast all night

The difference

Most of the work happens before your first guest arrives.

The reason your party can have one bartender and no line is that most of the work happened yesterday. A batched cocktail isn't a punch bowl — it's the drink built to spec at volume, diluted to exactly where a shaken drink lands, and chilled so it pours in four seconds instead of ninety.

Done right, no one can tell. Done wrong, everyone can.

Services

What I do

Flat rates, not hourly — you should know what your party costs, not watch a clock. Every event is quoted before you commit to anything.

Full bar service

The whole night, start to finish. A menu, your shopping handled, the cocktails batched, and your bar run — with my own tools, syrups and bitters.

From $850
02

Cocktail menu design

Three or four drinks that suit your guests, your season, and what you actually want to spend. Included with full service, or on its own.

$300 standalone
03

Batched drop-off

No bartender, no line. Finished cocktails, measured and diluted properly, delivered ready to pour over ice in swing-top bottles you keep.

$175 + $3 / drink
04

The shopping, handled

I call your local liquor store and place the whole order — exact bottles, exact quantities. Everything that isn't alcohol, I just bring.

How it works

Four steps. You do one.

You tell me about the night. Everything after that — the menu, the shopping, the prep, the bar and the cleanup — is my job.

  1. Tell me about it

Date, place, roughly how many people, and what kind of night it is. Two minutes on the form.

  2. We build the menu

A short conversation about what your guests drink and what you want to spend. Three or four cocktails that work together.

  3. I handle the shopping

I place your liquor order with your local store — exact bottles, sized to your headcount. You pay them; most deliver.

  4. I run the night

Juice squeezed that day, cocktails batched ahead, the bar set, the night worked, and your kitchen left how I found it.

Who you're hiring

Trained in a room most people never see.

I'm Adam. I tend bar at Bedford Post Tavern, a Relais & Châteaux inn in Bedford, where I batch cocktails for service and make the house syrups. Twelve years in restaurants, eight of them behind a bar.

It's a bar run with an order of operations for every drink, nothing free-poured, and every syrup weighed on a scale. That's where I learned exactly what a drink is supposed to taste like — which is why I can hit it fast at your party without holding up the line.

The app

I also built the app bartenders use.

BarCraft is the fastest way for a working bartender to look up a cocktail recipe, save their own, and scale it for a batch — with the dilution handled. The math in it is the math I use at work.
